Kobold Sorcerer

This order the costumer ask for the character being more of a sly, deceitful, and posh character always considering himself above others so for his appearance I'd like some of that to shine through and for him to have a level of "attractiveness" or "charm" shrine through although he'll still primarily be a full draconic appearance.
